like the song, and the art style and animation really reminds me of old "Ren & Stimpy" cartoons.

The Tale of Mr. Carter Really enjoyable
I wouldn't really consider it that much of a "Halloween" story, because it was just too calming to really be scary to me. but over all I rezlly enjoied it and felt that the voice fit perfectly, because from my point of view it was almost like the boy in the story was narrating it in a 3rd person type of way and I thought that fit really well.
